Comfort Central came to my home to check out my A/C a couple of weeks ago because it was not working correctly. I called him and he came out the very next day. He explained to me that his schedule was very tight but he would try to fit me in and he did.

In all years as a homeowner, I have never had an A/C service guy respond that quickly. Normally it is at least a week for service. Comfort Central arrived on time as promised and even texted me to let me know he was on the way. When he arrived, he assessed the situation and gave me an honest answer to what was wrong with my unit. He did not try to upsell me on anything just what was needed for the repair. After he completed the job, he talked to me about future possible problems and advised me on the best course of action. I really appreciated him for his hard work and dedication to his profession. I must say it was truly a pleasure doing business with him and I will continue to call him for my HVAC needs going forward. Thanks Nate. Job well done sir.
